Flying Teachers is an accredited examination centre for the fide test, TELC, KDE, preparation for basic knowledge tests, Cambridge English and many others. Flying Teachers is the Swiss representative of the fide Secretariat and is supported by the State Secretariat for Migration (SEM). We offer more than just language courses: with us you also prepare for nationally and internationally recognised language certificates. We lead you to your personal success!
Cambridge English Language Assessment is a department within the world-renowned University of Cambridge (UK). More than 5 million people in 130 countries sit Cambridge ESOL examinations every year. Over 20,000 universities, companies, administrative bodies and organisations throughout the world recognise the certificate as proof of the bearer’s English skills.
Flying Teachers enjoys authorisation by Cambridge English Language Assessment to perform the organisation’s examinations throughout the whole of Switzerland. In our exam courses, you will be prepared thoroughly for the exam you have chosen to take. Our rate of success is a matter of pride for us: Our candidates have a excellent pass rate.

In the area of "General and Academic English" you can sit the following examinations:
TELC, «The European Language Certificates», is one of the leading providers of standardised language tests and examinations in Europe. The organisation has developed more than 80 examinations in 10 languages, and has the exams carried out by licensed partners. In Europe, TELC has contributed substantially to the further development and comparability of exams in different languages.
The TELC European Language Certificates are language tests in line with the EU’s CEFR (Common European Framework Reference for Language Examinations). Varying skills are tested through the full range of levels (A1-C2). The certificates are well-known in Europe and recognised worldwide.

TELC examinations with 4 or more candidates are offered by us at Flying Teachers in Italian, French, Spanish, English and German.
Flying Teachers institute for language courses and careers is a Test Centre recognised by the canton of Zurich as a provider of the Cantonal German Test.
Cantonal German Test for the Process of Naturalisation (Zurich)
People wishing to be naturalised in the canton of Zurich are required to demonstrate sufficient knowledge of German. For this purpose, the KDE (Cantonal German Test for the Process of Naturalisation) was developed.
Flying Teachers is a test centre with cantonal recognition. We recommend attending our preparatory course in order that you are fully prepared for the exam.
In order to pass the KDE, the following linguistic levels are required:
- Listening and Speaking: B1
- Reading and Writing: A2

The diplomas offered by the Chambre de Commerce et d’Industrie de Paris are proof of French knowledge in a specific professional field and are recognised throughout the world. The CCIP has been developing French exams for more than 40 years for candidates active in the job market. Flying Teachers is a licensed CCIP examination centre.

With the fide-Test, you can officially prove your knowledge of German. The fide-Test is also recognized by the Confederation and the cantons as proof of German language skills for the settlement permits.
The fide-Test is the only test with which you can prove your oral and written knowledge separately - but with only one test.
Do you need level B1 orally and only A2 in writing? This is easily possible with the fide-Test. Or do you only need a certificate for oral but not for written? This is also possible with the fide-Test - not with any other certificate exams for German.

ECDL (European Computer Driving License)
You want to refresh your basic computer skills? We help you with that. The ECDL has three levels: Base, Standard and Advanced. Each level includes several modules.
TOEFL (Test of English as a Foreign Language)
Language test required for foreign students wishing to undertake tertiary education in the United States.
LST (Language Skills Test for Hotel, Catering and Tourism)
Language test for people with careers in the hotel and tourism industry.
BULATS
Language assessment and training at the workplace.
IELTS* (International English Language Testing System)
Language test accepted throughout the whole of the English-speaking world.
ILEC*
International Legal English Certificate
ICFE* (Cambridge International Certificate in Financial English)
Language test for experts in the financial industry, with recognition by countless financial and auditing institutions.
SAT* (Scholastic Assessment Test)
Is required for admission to American universities. We prepare students for both mathematical and linguistic parts, SAT I, along with the specific profession part SAT II.
GMAT* (General Management Admission Test)
Is required by students intending to study an MBA or similar . The course offers preparation for both linguistic and mathematical parts.
GRE* (Graduate Record Examination General Test)
Is required for admission to Master programmes in the United States. Preparation for all examination parts is offered by us at Flying Teachers.
GSCE* (General Certificate of Secondary Education)
GSCE is a high school final exam common in England, Wales and Northern Ireland. It is partly required for access to a university. As a rule, GSCE exams are taken in eight to fifteen school subjects.
* For these examinations, Flying Teachers only offers the preparatory courses, not the examinations.
